Read the emails from Indira and follow the audio tool within each email. You'll get an email 3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

When you feel upset, angry, frustrated, confused, stuck: listen to an Unplug Audio to release your Mind. Choose an Unplug Audio that is related to what you are going through (5-15 minutes).
When you have a situation in life that is significant and you want guidance on: listen to a Connection Audio to release your Mind and gain clarity and answers from your Self (5-15 minutes).
When you have time to relax and want to learn more about the philosophy: listen to a recorded Monthly Member Call to dive deeper into living a lifestyle from your Self (45-60 minutes).
