In this exercise, we will be looking into what your Mind is telling you and becoming aware of these thoughts as coming from your mind. Make sure that you’re in a quiet room with a paper and pencil ready so you can write down the thoughts from your mind during this exercise.

Seeing Your Mind’s Thoughts in a Situation

For this exercise, we are going to dive deeper into seeing the thoughts from your mind in an area in your life. It can be as simple as looking at what your mind is saying to you about a situation that occurred last night or something that has been bothering you for a while. Again, make sure you’re in a quiet room with a paper and pencil ready so you can write down the thoughts that will be coming up for you during this exercise.
