1. PREPARE FOR YOUR PROGRAM
Get ready for your Connecting practice
Get a notebook dedicating for your practice of Connecting, call if your Connection Notebook.
Create a space in your home as your Connecting space. Consider your bedroom, office or patio; a space that has little to no distractions where you can dedicate time for yourself.
2. RELEASE YOUR MIND DAILY
6 minutes each morning and evening
This practice, every day for your first month, is important to begin releasing your mind’s control over your days and life. You become aware of the mind as a part of you, but not who you are. You start to build your muscle of Connecting as a practice.
Listen to this 6-minute audio each morning. Create it as part of your routine, with your morning coffee or before you get out of bed).
BEGIN YOUR DAY WITH POWER
Listen to this 6-minute audio each evening when you are unwinding from your day. Before you go to bed or when you decompress from your workday.
3. READ AND FOLLOW YOUR EMAILS
15 minutes, 3 times a week
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday you’ll receive an email from Indira.
Create 15 minutes in your day to read the email and follow the audio, video or exercise. Create this as part of your routine, in the mornings or when you unwind from your day.
Have your Connection notebook and pen with you for the exercises.
