From the mind, the feeling that something is not okay is a natural state to live in. It could look like someone close to you isn't how they should be and that isn't okay, or that the dynamic of your workplace is not okay, or that the state of your bank account or business isn't okay. For some of us, we may have accepted that this area of our life just is the way that it is. But that doesn't mean that the experience goes away, it just lingers in the background of life.

In this audio, I guide you in unplugging your mind in a situation that doesn't feel okay, to embracing that all is exactly as it should be. Making this shift from your mind to your Self gives you the freedom to not have the mind define your experience of life.
